Characteristics/Likes/Dislikes of Charmaine

What kind of 2.5 year old of girl is Charmaine?

- She is an animal lover, her favourite animal is elephant, she likes hamsters, fish, cats, dogs, etc

- She does not have sweet teeth, though she does not reject candies. But if a new food is introduced, she does not take it straight away, she refused es cendol, durian, some candies, sweet syrup.

- She is the queen of the soup (clear soups only). She can finish a very big bowl of soup and just drinks soup is enough for her. When she drinks soup, it has sounds....slurp...slurp....with her satisfied expression.

- She is meat lover, she likes to eat fried chicken wings, bakkut and fish

- She is kind hearted, she takes care of her big sister, Bethanie

- She keeps unhappiness in her heart, and does not know how to express it out, so she likes to throw tantrum silently, however she will remember until the unhappiness is burst out.

- She is an earlier bird, wakes up earlier in the morning.

- She is a very easy sleeper, she can sleep anywhere anytime she feels tired

but she prefers to sleep on her own bed at night. No matter how strong i persuaded her to sleep with me, she still wanted to go back to her room and sleeps in her bed.

- She is a bit perfectionist, she has to use blanket and covers herself with blanket in a very neat position, if not she will redo the blanket many many times.

- She likes singing and dancing

- She is a fussy eater, she refused to take the formula milk when i was trying to wean her off from breastmilk, she was on food strike for 1 or 2 days.

- She likes to say "mommy, I love you"

- She likes to shout very loud..."bye bye mommy" many many times when she sees me off to office

- She is very jealous with her sister, she wants to be the no 1 that I love.

- She likes to dress up...with nice gown especially.

- She is the greatest actress, especially when i scolded her, she would act pitiful by pretend coughing, etc

- The way she sits is very straight....

- The way she colours is very nice, strong hold and beautiful

- She is a bit lazy

- She is a very independent girl, strong headed/stubborn

- She is a very healthy girl, with strong bones

- etc

But no matter what she is, Mommy always loves her very very very very very much endlessly...........She is the apple of my left eye.

Animal lover

Charmaine,....what is your favourite animal? She will always say "Elephant". I really do not understand why she likes elephants so much. What is the cuteness of an elephant? Such fat and big animal with long nose. hihih....But that's her choice.

Everytime we walk down the garden with trees and bushes around, she would say...are we going to zoo? She associated trees and plants with zoo.

She has two new friends, hamsters. From day one, she has been friend with them, she is not scared of them, likes to talk to them, likes to sayang them, and looks at them. She would say....come...come little girls,....come....she calls the hamsters "little girl" ha..ha...

The way she talks to the hamsters....(literarly talking) is very sweet....

"Daddy...daddy...the hamsters are very cute, you know...."
