Shake a bum...bum....
Look !!! She is a really good bum shaker ha..ha...
This first blog of mine is dedicated to our second child, who is now still inside my womb - Week 34. I name it - Charmaine, though we have not decided to name her with Charmaine.
ha...ha...this was taken on her 1st birthday. We had a traditional celebration, my mum was there to prepare all the stuff on the big plate. They were money, a piece of drumstick, calculator, pen, book, a pair of scissor, egg, and ang pao. She was supposed to choose those stuff, and the first stuff she chose would represent her interest when she grows up. She chose a piece of note, MONEY ha...ha....she would become a money maker, has business acumen. And the 2nd choice she took was a book, that would mean she would love book or good in study. How true the supersition is??? I dunno, but if it is a good one, then believe it.
She knows how to climb stairs and going down stairs since she was 16 months. Before that we would hold her hands and guided her climbing, she would climb as fast as she could. But with training only once, she also could go down stairs herself.
She is different from her older sister. When I raise my voice by scolding her, she will be upset and sob quietly. Her face will show that she understands that I am scolding her. :(
At 16mth old, she has started showing us signal when she wants to go to toilet, either pooh pooh or shi...shi.... Sometimes I will ask her if she would like to go.........but if we forget to ask, she would tell, by touching her pants.
She has a strong rejection towards the new maid, Rona. In fact the very first night, when I came home late around 9pm, she looked at me and sobbed and wanted me to carry her, even though she was being carried by her dad in his arm. I guess somehow she suddenly remembered Nimfa, and missed her, and did not know how to express her feeling. Poor girl. It's been five days now, but she still refuses her attending her. When we are around, she doesn't like her to carry, to bathe, to feed, etc. She is so clingly to me, wants me to hug and carry her. Before the maid comes near her, she has already made noise and pushes her away. But when nobody at home, she has no choice, she is OK with Rona. ")
